Cross Cheque / Pay Order in company name
Bank deposit via official challan (Faysal Bank Limited)
Cash at Head Office (official voucher/receipt issued)
Online Payment Guidelines
  • Account title must match the official company name.
  • Submit payment receipt through official communication channels.
  • Payments are confirmed only upon official email/receipt from the Company.
Important: Payments to personal or third-party accounts will NOT be recognized. Fake, altered, AI-generated, or edited payment slips will not be accepted. Fraudulent payment claims may result in permanent suspension and legal action.

The Company reserves the right to reject suspicious or non-compliant transactions.

The Company provides consultancy and advisory services only. We do NOT guarantee funding, investment, business success, or financial returns. All client decisions are their sole responsibility.

Time-Related Policies
Service Validity

All dedicated packages and subscriptions are valid for a maximum of one (1) year from the date of purchase, unless a specific package explicitly states a shorter duration.

Response Time

The Company will respond to all client queries and communications within a minimum of forty-eight (48) working hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Business Plan Evaluation

Due to the inherent complexity of Business Plan Evaluations, the processing and delivery timeframe may exceed one hundred and eighty (180) working days.

Service Delivery & Support

The Company strives to deliver all services as promptly as possible. In the event of any error or delay, the Client must notify us via:

The Company will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue expeditiously.

Dispute Resolution Timeline

The Client agrees not to initiate any legal action against the Company before the expiration of one hundred and eighty (180) working days from the date a grievance arises.

Any legal action taken prior to this 180-day period shall be deemed null and void.

After this period, disputes shall be resolved strictly in the following order:

  • Amicable Negotiation: Between the Parties directly.
  • Mediation / Arbitration: Through formal mediation or arbitration.
  • Legal Jurisdiction: Through courts of competent jurisdiction in Pakistan.

Dispute Resolution

Disputes shall be resolved in the following order:

  • First, through amicable negotiation between the parties
  • If unresolved, through formal mediation or arbitration
  • Finally, through courts of competent jurisdiction in Pakistan

The Company shall not be liable for failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including:
